OUR MISSION
This association is composed of a little more than 65 home owner households like yours. If you live in Greathouse Estates then you may have recognized the importance from time to time and necessity of an HOA.
The board members of Greathouse Estates are home owners just like you. They are genuine in their interest and well being of the neighborhood. The board members and the association sole purpose is to maintain and improve neighborhood integrity and value by enforcement of rules, regular maintenance and capital improvements when possible.
